Our Home Loan Process

Our aim here is to make life as easy as possible for you in the long run. From the first point of contact, we’ll make sure everything is managed per your own needs. Everything we use is prepared to help you optimize the strength of your investment, and our service as well as the general experience is aimed to provide confidence.

We know that this process can be daunting, so let us step up and help you out. We’ll keep in touch with you throughout the experience, contacting you via phone and/or e-mail to get an adequate process in 12 short steps.

First

We’ll look to review your loan requirements and determine what options are going to suit your needs best.

Then, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the best financing options. We want to know what you need before we take this any further.

We’ll show you most preferable options for you, and answer any questions or queries that you might have.

This is a great time to ask us anything you like about the process. Once we do this, we’ll evaluate you and, once evaluated, get in touch to finalize the process.

We may ask for details including pay slips, bank statements etc. in an e-mail – we will let you know in advance of what information we require.

Then

Depending on circumstance, this process can change in terms of the level of information needed.

Once we approve the loan, we’ll be in touch via phone or e-mail. We’ll also compile the loan application to your preferred lender, bringing it down to a handful of options.

Typically, we look to process and finalise the loan within 2 working days, though delays can occur. We’ll be in touch to discuss any terms or conditions.

Sometimes, lenders might need conditions dealt with such as valuations and other documentation. We’ll work with you to get these details arranged.

Finally

We’ll also discuss things like interest rates with you, making sure there is full understanding of the process and what is to come.

When the loan structure and payment plan is place alongside approval to begin, we’ll provide your solicitor with all the details they need for loan and mortgage management.

Lastly, we’ll make sure that all loan documents and instructions are issued in good time for settlement.
